Cold signups and day-of assignments don’t work. Intentional Matching Does.
Use Everus to define your matching goals, survey your members, and form intentional small groups built to last.
How the matching works

Generate a survey built for your goals, or bring your own. Everus handles the sending and streamlines the chasing.
Everus proposes the composition. You change anything — who’s in each group, the names, the stated matching rationale.
Cold Signup Tells A Member Where To Go. Intentional Matching Shows Them Where They Belong.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the group tools in our church management system?
Your ChMS tracks groups that already exist and collects sign-ups. It doesn’t decide who belongs in a group together. Everus composes the groups — by lifestage, schedule, location, and whatever else you tell us matters — then hands you drafts you can change before anything goes out.
How does Everus integrate with our existing systems?
Everus works alongside your current tools as your member connection layer—no need to switch CRM or planning software, and no new logins or profiles required for members. Setup typically takes less than 3 hours with our support team.
How fast do we see results?
A formation cycle runs about two to three weeks — survey out, responses in, draft groups ready for your review. Whether those groups take root is a longer question, and the semester answers it. We’d rather set that expectation honestly than promise a number we can’t stand behind.
Do we need technical expertise to use Everus?
No. Everus is designed for community managers and membership directors, not engineers. Our team handles setup and onboarding. The ongoing platform is intuitive—if you can send an email and manage a spreadsheet, you can run Everus.
Do we have to use Everus to communicate with members?
No, you don’t. You can notify individuals of their groups through Everus, or export the group rosters and send notifications from your native communication channels.
What control do members have over matching?
Members choose whether to take part. The organization hosting a group sets the criteria used to form groups and approves them; Everus matches within what the host sets. Once matched, members can leave a match at any time. Members can stop Everus text messages at any time by replying STOP or by emailing support@everuscares.com, and can unsubscribe from an organization's Everus matching emails using the link in any of them.
What’s the pricing?
Pricing is based on your member count. Plans start at $49/month for smaller communities, and increase up to $299/month for large organizations. Customized pricing plans are also available for larger enterprise organizations.
Can we use Everus for anything besides small groups?
Yes. Most churches start with groups because that’s where the need is greatest, but the same matching works for serving teams, mentoring pairs, and welcoming new visitors into their first connection. The process doesn’t change — set your goals, survey, review draft matches, and connect people.
